The story
Why Kickwaters exists
Most coaches are brilliant at their craft and terrible at selling it. They have real skill, real client results and a real desire to help, yet their webinars end with polite "thank yous" and very few payments.
Sadhosh has seen this from three sides. As a civil engineer, he learned to build systems that hold weight. As a theatre and film actor, he learned how a room feels, when to pause and how a story moves people. As a psychologist and hypnotherapist, he learned why people say "I'll think about it" and what is really going on underneath.

This Privacy Policy explains how Kickwaters ("Kickwaters", "we", "us") collects, uses and protects your personal data when you visit our website, fill our forms, attend our webinars or buy our services. We follow the Information Technology Act, 2000, its rules, and the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
1. Data we collect
- Details you give us: name, email, phone / WhatsApp number, city, business niche, and answers you share in our application and contact forms.
- Payment details: processed by third-party payment gateways. We do not store your card, UPI or bank details.
- Usage data: pages visited, device and browser type, and ad or referral source, collected through cookies and analytics tools such as the Meta Pixel.
- Session content: recordings of webinars or coaching calls, only where you are informed beforehand.
2. How we use it
- To respond to enquiries, qualify applications and schedule calls
- To deliver the programs and services you purchase
- To send webinar reminders, updates and relevant offers by WhatsApp, SMS or email
- To measure and improve our ads, website and content
- To meet legal, tax and accounting obligations
3. Consent and your choices
By submitting a form you consent to us contacting you about your enquiry. You can withdraw consent or opt out of marketing at any time by replying "STOP" on WhatsApp or emailing us. Withdrawing consent does not affect processing already done.
4. Sharing
We do not sell your data. We share it only with service providers who help us run the business, such as form tools, CRM, WhatsApp messaging platforms, payment gateways, video platforms and advertising platforms, and only as much as they need. We may disclose data where required by law.
5. Storage and security
We use reasonable technical and organisational safeguards. We keep personal data only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law, after which it is deleted or anonymised.
6. Your rights
You may ask to access, correct or delete your personal data, or nominate someone to exercise these rights on your behalf. Write to our Grievance Officer below and we will respond within the timelines set by law.
7. Cookies

These terms govern your use of this website and any program, audit, coaching or service offered by Kickwaters ("Kickwaters"). By using the site or buying a service, you agree to them.
1. Services
Kickwaters provides business coaching, webinar strategy, audits and done-with-you marketing services, delivered online. Scope, schedule and deliverables for each engagement are confirmed on your strategy call, invoice or enrolment agreement. If those documents conflict with this page, the signed agreement applies.
2. Eligibility and applications
Enrolment is by application. We may accept or decline any application at our discretion. You must be 18 or older and give accurate information.
3. Fees and payment
- Prices are in Indian Rupees (₹) and exclude GST unless stated. GST is charged as applicable.
- Access to a program begins after full payment, or after the first instalment where a payment plan is agreed in writing.
- Missed instalments may pause access until payment is made.
- Advertising spend on Meta or other platforms is paid by you directly and is not part of our fees.
4. No guaranteed results
We share proven methods and real client results, but outcomes depend on your market, offer, effort, budget and many factors outside our control. Examples and figures on this site are illustrations and not a promise of earnings. Any conditional guarantee applies only as written in your enrolment agreement.
5. Your responsibilities
- Complete the work, attend sessions and implement the guidance
- Make sure your own marketing claims, ads and content follow applicable laws and platform policies
- Keep your login and program access private
6. Intellectual property
All program content, including the 4-Pillar Webinar Conversion System, videos, templates, scripts, decks and PDFs, belongs to Kickwaters. You get a personal, non-transferable licence to use them for your own business. You may not resell, share, record or republish them. Assets built specifically for you in a done-with-you engagement become yours once fully paid.
7. Not medical or therapeutic advice
Although our founder is trained in psychology and hypnotherapy, Kickwaters business programs are coaching and consulting services. They are not therapy, medical treatment or a substitute for professional mental health care.
8. Conduct
We may remove anyone from a program or community, without refund, for abusive behaviour, sharing paid content, or misuse of other members' information.
9. Limitation of liability
To the extent allowed by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid for the specific service in question. We are not liable for indirect losses such as lost profits or ad spend.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Maharashtra, India have exclusive jurisdiction.

Refund & Cancellation Policy

Our services are digital, time-based coaching and consulting. Because we reserve limited seats and start work quickly, refunds are handled as below.
1. Strategy calls
Strategy calls are free. You may reschedule by informing us at least 12 hours in advance.
2. 4-Pillar Webinar Conversion System
- You may cancel within 7 days of payment for a full refund, provided you have not attended an onboarding or coaching session and have not accessed program materials.
- After onboarding begins or materials are accessed, fees are non-refundable.
- Any conditional guarantee is honoured only as written in your enrolment agreement.
3. Audits and done-with-you work
Advance payments reserve our time and are non-refundable once work has started. If you cancel before work starts, we refund the advance minus any costs already incurred.
4. How to request a refund
Email technicaltir@gmail.com with your name, payment date and transaction ID. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7 to 10 working days. Payment gateway charges, if any, may be deducted.
5. Cancellation by Kickwaters
If we cancel a program or cannot deliver a service, you will receive a full refund for the undelivered portion.
Shipping & Delivery Policy

Kickwaters sells digital services only. No physical products are shipped, so no shipping charges apply.
1. How services are delivered
- Coaching and calls: live online over Zoom, Google Meet or a similar platform.
- Program materials: shared by email, WhatsApp or a members' portal.
- Audits and built assets: delivered as digital files (PDF, Word, slides, links) by email or shared drive.
2. Delivery timelines
- Payment confirmation and welcome message: within 24 hours of payment.
- Onboarding call scheduled: within 3 working days.
- Audit reports and done-with-you assets: as per the timeline agreed in your quote.
3. Did not receive access?
